Comfortable and convenient

Great view of the Taj Mahal from the room. Spacious and comfortable. Lovely and helpful service staff.

Shower stopped mid flow at 10.30am on check out day, reported to main reception. Other than this we were happy with all the facilities.

Classy hotel - we enjoyed our stay despite only misty view of Taj from our room due to pollution

Classy hotel. Beautiful Taj facing room - comfortable bed and settee. Bathroom had a proper shower cubicle so no overflow of water into the rest of the bathroom. Choice of restaurants - we had two nice Italian meals in Bello Restaurant as a change from having eaten only Indian food for three weeks. I also had a lovely river sole meal in the main restaurant. Nice cappuccino and cold coffee and cakes in the coffee shop on the ground floor. Efficient laundry service.

Some difficulty communicating in English. Two face flannels were provided in the room on the first night. The one I used was taken away the next day so I used the remaining one, which was taken away the next morning. No amount of explanation could get anyone to understand that I wanted another. I was eventually given two guest towels.

The hotel was really nice and luxurious and the room was warm and comfy. We enjoyed the dinner a lot and the staff was very helpful.

I had requested a room with the view of Taj which we did not get. Also, the room had a bad smell coming from the toilet.

We could see the Taj Mahal from our window

The location of the hotel was very good, we went to the Taj Mahal walking. The breakfast was excellent; lots of options for everyone. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We had a view of the city and could see the Taj Mahal from our window, and added bonus. The hotel pool on the rooftop is great. The rooftop restaurant has good options at reasonable prices.

Our hot water kettle in our room was broken, so I explained that and ordered a coffee. The hotel wanted to charge me around the equivalent of $6 for it, not taking into account the situation. I thought that was inhospitable. I don't think the buffet restaurant is well managed. I'm not sure what the solution is, but breakfast was a madhouse, and the one time we had dinner there, we felt we were being rushed to eat and leave so our table could be used. People don't want to eat and run when they are on vacation, they want to relax. In my opinion, paying for the dinner buffet is not worth the headache or the price.

Amazing place to stay.

Really good place to stay. The breakfast have so many choice. The staff amazing, and helpful. The room are exceptional. Would love to stay for the next visit. The place are not far from Taj Mahal.

The room was fantastic, the beds were superbly comfortable.

The room was fantastic, the beds were superbly comfortable. The staff is very sweet and helpful, and we had a wonderful welcome. The welcome tea was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. Everything that is in the power of the staff is done very well.

The plot adjacent to the hotel was not in the best of condition. However, it is understandable that it is not in the hands of the hotel.

Big tour groups are noisy and rude. But the staff are very aware and work hard to balance the needs of all guests

Opulent but missing attention to detail for the money

You can see the Taj from hotel if your lucky and it isn't polluted that day. Food was good and roof top was really nice

Not sound proof by anymeans! Night club next door until 0100. Which u can easily hear. Travel clerk wanted to charge 1000rs to get a taxi 7km (way too much). And didn't end up booking it after I bargained her down to 500rs ( still top much) Took over an hour to check in. No bathrobes despite being promised and me asking for. Mini bar is am empty fridge.

Don’t let price trick you. It’s a standard hotel.

Clean rooms. On a clear day there would be a spectacular view of Taj Mahal. Next door to KFC if that’s your thing. Nice gym. Close to locations needed.

Over priced. No special Christmas Day meal. Breakfast coffee was cold. No bathtubs.

A pleasant and comfortable stay in Agra

The staff is super helpful and friendly. The restaurants offer great food while the buffet has a lot of options to choose from. The rooms themselves are spacious and everything is very clean. We also can recommend the Spa where we enjoyed a the Couple Royal massage.

Some really small things to improve: Mattress was too soft for our taste. The spa could use some candles for ambience and increase the volume of the relaxing sounds a little bit.

Everything is good. Staff is friendly, Rooms are clean. Dhaba is there next to the hotel where we can get food at affordable prices. Taj Mahal is near by.
